Through extensive hands-on experience in a variety of production, engineering, maintenance, and design positions, company founder and president Andy Malcolm has developed an understanding of how equipment, people, and materials interact in successful packaging systems. In his work with manufacturers of primary packaging materials, production companies, Fortune 100 Corporations, and fast growing, privately held companies; he has been responsible for numerous award-winning projects.

Andy holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from St. Mary's College of California. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of California, and a member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers and the Institute of Packaging Professionals, where he serves on the Board of Directors of the Packaging Consultants Council. He is also the California Chapter President for the Western Packaging Association. In May of 2005, Andy received the "Outstanding Diverse Supplier Award for Small Business" from Johnson & Johnson, the world's most comprehensive and broadly based manufacturer of health care products.
